Eighty percent gut out and rebuild of this 190,000 square foot, sixteen-story multi-tenant residential building located in Ft. Pierce, Florida. After two direct hits from Hurricanes Francis and Jeanne striking the building in a one month period. The building has now been brought up to current codes and was rebuilt with innovative new designs which make this one of Ft. Pierce, Florida's most notable landmarks in recent years.
